  2. Credit/debit (VISA/MASTERCARD) card with POS on boat.
  3. Cash on arrival.

For cancellations please contact us from the same email address used for the reservation. A representative will reply to your request. Please provide a full description.

No refund can be issued for non-show or late arrival. The duration or date of reservation cannot be extended or transferred.

  1. The group cannot be more than 9 persons.
  2. Guests must report to the skipper any health problems or medications.
  3. Guests must respect the boat and the skipper.

For a reservation to be valid, the following personal information (of all party members) as well as a deposit of the final amount is required: Full name, Age, Sex, Passport id, Country.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation or an ongoing route for: boat damage that cannot be repaired on time; bad weather; sick or drunk guests; non-floating order by authorities; skipper's decision for safety; non-compliance with agreement.

We will refund pre-payment or full payment when: boat damage not repaired on time; bad weather; non-floating order by authorities. We reserve the right not to refund for other cancellation reasons. We process cancel requests on demand.

In case of non-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
